Julong CSD450 Cutter Suction Dredger Successfully Delivered and Put Into Use In The Coastline Dredging Project

Julong Group have finished the production and testing of CSD500 Cutter suction dredger for Africa customers, and the dredger will be dismantling and package soon for the shipment. The CSD500 cutter suction dredger is equipped with Weichai brand engine, can dredging up to 15 meters, and discharge 2km, flow capacity can reach 4000m3 per hour. It will attend the sand dredging mining project for the customers soon. We will keep follow up the performance and offer good service as we usually do for every customer.

Julong Dredger had delivered the ASD200 Auger Suction Dredger after finish the testing successfully. The Auger head suction dredger pushes the dredged material ㏌to the shield, which guides the material to the suction mouth of the pump. The material cover allows the horizontal screw head dredger to absorb up to 99% of the dredged material, a very desirable result for the project. Compared with the t㎭itional cutter suction dredger, it is easier to operate. Auger head suction dredger only positioned the AHSD to where you want to cut, lower the cutter head, and move forward. This simple system can be taught to any employee/operator ㏌ less than half ㍲y. The pump is mounted on the "ladder" without worry㏌g about NPSHR.

Julong WB700 Multi Cat Work Boat has delivered successfully recently, Witnessed by customer representatives and manufacturer technical team. This work boat is equipped with two sets engine total 700HP and two sets propellers, will work in offshore area to support for the CSD650 cutter suction dredger in the dredging project. We will keep follow up with the performance and service of the work boat.
